Within the four walls of my studio, beginning children are learning their first song, energetic middle schoolers are exploring musical genres, high schoolers are reaching new heights of artistry, and adults are realizing that it's never too late to begin a new craft. A student's musical journey can be completely different from another, therefore lessons are customized for each individual.

My studio encompasses over 15 years of studio teaching, headed with a strong and fun curriculum, and maintained professional development. High quality lessons provide guidance to students to reach their fullest potential. Students have held positions and principal chairs in All-State Music and District Festivals, Portland Youth Wind Ensemble, have won local music scholarships and have participated in various community music events.

Although there is a tremendous amount of happiness seeing these high accomplishments arise, you'll find me to be the biggest cheerleader for even the simplest of milestones. The studio is filled with support, creativity, laughter, openness, and exploration- it's also filled with various playing opportunities for students. A spring Annual Studio Recital is held each year, an intermediate/advanced Flute Ensemble from January to June, and continuous community playing in the Kennebunks.
